The Development of Online Communication Skill up Software

Objective of project

 The objective of this research is to solve the online communication problems by analyzing online communication troubles, and developing an educational software of online communication for educational institution.

 In Japan, there are many problems of online communication.  Certainly, it is difficult to express their feelings accurately only with text in e-mails or SNS.  This fact causes misunderstandings, and they sometimes have troubles in a relationship, especially for the young.  Thus, the objective of this research is to solve those online communication problems by analyzing online communication troubles, and developing an educational software of online communication for educational institution.  This software is simulation-based.  In the software, users think about how to solve the troubles that is illustrated by the simulation, and get evaluation and advices of their behaviors.   To make it more realistic, the software is based on machine learning.  In the machine learning, it analyzes some words and these connections which have risk of misunderstandings, which get from some posts of real online communication troubles.  After making the software, we will test it in our school, and consider complex cases.
