Ball to improve the child’s hand muscle : Pikit

Objective of project

to produce a game that can be used with the controller and to improve the fine motor muscle skills in children with physical, health, and movement impairments.

For young kids, brain developing and learning is important. Some skills can only improve in 3-5 years old for example, fine motor skills. Fine motor skills involve the use of the small muscles that control the hand, fingers, and thumb. They help children perform important tasks like grasping toys, writing, drawing, and more. The ability to complete self-care and everyday tasks helps a child’s self-esteem and confidence to increase. We can improve fine motor skills by using playdough or modeling clay and lets children holding something like drawing. But Today, Kids and Smart devices are very close and appeal the children, for some family that allows them to play a smartphone, the kids always pay attention to smartphone and using their fingers touch to it and they can not hold anything for a long time. Many great companies realize this problem and emphasize to create appropriate content for them, like youtube kids and more. Ball to improve the child’s hand muscle or Pikit is involving in relive in this problem and computer game for kids because  Game is interesting in children around 3-15 years old. Pikit using motion control with the game controller to control the gameplay, it allows children to practice holding items and motivate to hand movement to improve fine motor skills with funs.
