Automatic Feeding Machine For Monkeys Control By Node MCU

Objective of project

1. To create an effective automatic monkey feeding machine
2. To develop the device to be able to help reduce aggressive behavior in monkeys.

 The purpose of this project is to investigate the effectiveness of the monkeys feeding machine. The feeding project was invented to solve the problem of monkey’s Macaca fascicularis eating behavior in Tha-hin Sub-district, Muang District, Lopburi Province. The automatic feeding machine was compared to feeding by human beings. More food was fed by the machine over period at the time compared to human feeding. Larger quantities of food per (m2) was calculated for the automatic feeder. The automatic feeder also saved a lot of time. Material used to build the structure include Aluminum profile and Bracket D20. The principle of automatic feeding machine consists of 3 steps and operation set 30 minutes automatically. First, a motor that controls the filling of the food tank. Second, the releasing of food into the high-pressure ventilator, and lastly a motor that controls the two-way rotation at a 45o angle and the ventilator distributing the food thoroughly. The finding revealed that 1) The machine distributes foods more effectively than humans. 2) The distribution of food by the machine per (m2) was more effective than humans. 3) The feeding machine saves a lot of time.
