Smart Biogas

Objective of project

This project propose is creating Smart biogas and gas detector prototype

Smart biogas prototype is our own biogas filter to increase methane intensity and reduce problem when using biogas. Smart biogas prototype made from PVC material, using biogas from pig waste in covered lagoon digestion and fixed dome digestion as stable. After we get the biogas, purifier absorbs hydrogen sulfide and moisture by using iron oxide to absorb hydrogen sulfide and silica from rice husk to absorb moisture. For the result we use our detector, using Arduino as controller to connect with MQ-4, MQ-136 and DHT11 sensors to detect methane intensity, hydrogen sulfide intensity and moisture in order and show the result on the LCD screen.
