The Innovative Speed Training Equipment Using IoTs

Objective of project

The objective is to create speedlight models that make exercise not boring and can exercise with others in different locations   by using via IOTS

Nowadays, Exercise is very popular.But sometimes exercise makes the trainer feel boredom . Therefore causing some people to feel unhappy to exercise .And we have seen a device that is fit light.. This type of device will help train agility and  helps to exercise a variety of gestures that each gestures will help the muscles in each part have different strength. And now everything can be used via smartphones using IoTs, making control or use of things easier. Therefore, we will create a fit light model that is cheaper and easier to use. And can work via mobile phones by displaying various training forms, teaching clips, give exercise instructions to get the muscles in the desired part, Graph showing the development of  Each one agility and more. Including using IoTs to allow multiple users to connect and competing in different locations, allowing users to enjoy more exercise.
