In the current teaching problems, the main reason for the decline in students'
efficiency is sleeping in class. talk or phone with friends in class. Therefore, we have studied the possibility of the current problem and possibly the future problem. Result major problems was the students who fell asleep in class from sleeping not enough at home. Because get up early every day at school. Students may not have enough rest. Therefore, the reason why we can't get enough sleep from home: doing homework, playing games, chatting with friends until late at night has become a problem. While most teenagers live their normal lives, everyone must get up and go to school quickly. Sleep not enough is weariness of learning. Students don't want to study. But also can't leave the classroom. In addition, school activities lead to sleepiness in class and fall asleep in class. There is a similar reason, that is, falling asleep while driving. Many road traffic accidents. This is due to the driver's sleep, so it is considered a sleep symptom during driving. It is very dangerous. There are many reasons for the accident. This may be drivers and other road users. Sleep symptoms are that we fall asleep and death. Sleep in a short time. Not more than ten seconds. Similar to sleeping. Waking up or similar to coma. A person can easily wake up, but worst of all, he falls asleep. We can't force ourselves not to sleep. If we accidentally fall asleep, we drive for a few seconds. This can lead to accidents. So we study relationship between heart rate and activitie. During sleep, heart rate is related to activity at 40-60 ppm.
So when researchers used a sensor to measure and study heart rates, for making and set up an armband. Use microcontrollers to generate the alarm or to stimulate students and people driving vehicles, many with symptoms sleep automatically by measuring heart rate if you have symptoms of sleep, stimulant and mild electrical currents with shake, so that users have come to learn how your heart rate, how much sleep is in a State of electrical currents and the quantity by which are not dangerous per the shareholders. Applications users to come back to concentrate on studying or driving and reduce accidents caused from sleeping
